1 Acceptance of Terms

We may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

6 Withdrawals

777pub.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 777pub.ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777pub.ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
